Application and advantages
Dicumyl peroxide is used as a vulcanizing agent and cross-linking agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and polyethylene resin. It is not used for vulcanizing butyl rubber.
Using Rubber vulcanizer DCP to cross-link polyethylene not only gives polyethylene excellent insulation and processing properties, but also improves heat resistance. 2.4 parts of this product are used for 100 parts of polyethylene.
Vulcanizing agent DCP can form fine and uniform cells in EVA foam materials, while improving heat resistance and weather resistance. This product can also be used as a polymerization initiator.
