Application and advantages
Spray furnace black is used as a reinforcing agent and filler for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It is mainly used in nitrile rubber and fluorine rubber.
This product has larger particle size, higher structural strength, lower extrusion shrinkage and better processing performance. Vulcanized rubber has high elasticity, low heat generation, small deformation, good low-temperature properties, and high tensile strength, but low tensile strength and elongation at break.
This product is suitable for all kinds of rubber products that do not require high reinforcing properties, such as oil seals, oil-resistant hoses and low-temperature resistant products.
