General purpose funace black (GPF) is an important variety of oil furnace carbon black and is suitable as a reinforcing agent and filler for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers.
This product has a higher structure, slightly smaller particle size, is easily dispersed in the rubber material, and has a smooth extruded surface. It is widely used in the tire industry. It can improve the crack resistance in the tread base rubber that uses a combination of natural and butadiene rubber.
This product can also be used for butyl rubber inner tubes, inner rubber for conveyor belts, rubber for rubber hoses, bicycle tires, rubber shoes and cables, etc. This product is also used as a filler for agricultural black polyethylene films. It maintains good processing performance and medium hardness even when the blending amount is high (30 parts).
