High modulus semi reinforced furnace black is used as a reinforcing agent and filler for rubber, suitable for natural rubber, isoprene rubber and various synthetic rubbers.
This product is easy to disperse in rubber and has good processing performance. When used in large amounts, it will not significantly reduce the processing performance and physical and mechanical properties of the rubber. Therefore, the filling amount can be increased to reduce the price of the product.
This product gives vulcanized rubber a very high elongation at break. It has low heat generation, good elasticity, small permanent deformation, excellent tear resistance and cutting resistance, low tensile strength and elongation strength, long scorch time, and safe operation.
Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber rollers, rubber shoes, tape, high-strength conveyor belts and various rubber products.
