Usage: This product is a super accelerator that is relatively safe to operate. When used together with accelerator DM, the anti-scorch performance is increased. This product has a lower critical vulcanization temperature and higher activity than the thiuram accelerator. It can be used for the vulcanization of natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and other types of rubber in the range of 80~125%. This product is particularly suitable for the vulcanization of latex and has little effect on the viscosity of latex during storage. Because it does not pollute, does not discolor, and is colorless, odorless, and non-toxic, it can be used to make impregnated latex products that come into contact with food, as well as transparent and colorful products, medical products, latex model products, impregnated products, latex sponges, tapes, and self-vulcanized products. Glue etc. Its general dosage is 0.2~1.5 parts in dry glue and 0.5~2.0 parts in latex. This product is also used as an active agent for thiazole accelerators.
