Physical and chemical properties: Soluble in methylene chloride, slightly soluble in gasoline, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, acetone, insoluble in ethanol and water. Storage stable.
Usage: This product is a super accelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and latex. The critical temperature of vulcanization is low, so special attention must be paid to scorch during mixing. When the vulcanization temperature exceeds 121°C, the vulcanization flat type sharply narrows. The vulcanization speed is faster than that of the thiuram accelerator, and it is suitable for rapid pressure vulcanization, hot air vulcanization, and latex vulcanization with the water-insoluble accelerator. This product requires zinc oxide. In addition to being used alone, it can also be used as the second accelerator of thiazole accelerators. This product does not pollute, and vulcanized rubber is odorless and tasteless. Mainly used for manufacturing latex products, tape, rubber shoes, self-vulcanizing glue, etc. The general dosage is 0.15~1 part.
