Application and advantages
 

 

Accelerator M(2-Mercaptobenzothiazole)is mainly used in isoprene rubber, natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber and EPDM rubber systems. It is currently a major acidic vulcanizing agent with wide application, good flatness and coke. It has a high burning tendency and has the function of anti-scorch agent in chloroprene rubber.
MBT(M)has a low vulcanization temperature, is easily dispersed in rubber, and does not pollute. It is mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tapes, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products. The bitter taste makes it difficult to make rubber products that come into contact with food.
