Usage: This product is a superaccelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, and its latex, and is a typical representative of sodium dithiocarbamate. Because it can be miscible with water, it is mainly used for latex products. This product is suitable for natural latex and styrene-butadiene latex for various vulcanization methods used in the latex industry. Combined with a water-insoluble accelerator, it can increase the vulcanization rate of latex material. It is used in neoprene latex with accelerator TMTM and accelerator TMTD, and the resulting product has high strength and good aging resistance. This product is also suitable for thin-section products vulcanized in a hot water solution. This product has an activating effect on thiazole accelerators. The vulcanized rubber prepared with this product is not polluting, discolored, and non-toxic, but has a slight odor. It is suitable for manufacturing general latex products, thin-walled impregnated products, medical products, balloons, adhesive tapes, and self-vulcanizing glue. The general dosage in the glue compound is 0.5~2 parts, and 2~1 parts sulfur.
