Usage: This product is used as super accelerator of natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. The performance in dry glue and latex is similar to the accelerator ZDC, but the activity is higher. The optimum vulcanization temperature is 95~110℃. Because of its high solubility in organic solvents, it is often used in low temperature vulcanized mortar. It is usually only used as a second accelerator when used in dry glue, and is a good active agent for thiazole accelerators. It has the function of antioxidant in the compound and can also improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber. This product does not change color, does not pollute, easy to disperse. Dosage: 0.5~2 servings.
