Usage: This product is used as a super accelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber and their latex, and is a typical representative of sodium dithiocarbamate. Because it can be miscible with water, it is mainly used in latex products. For natural latex and styrene-butadiene latex, this product is suitable for various vulcanization methods used in latex industry. The vulcanization rate of latex can be increased when combined with water-insoluble accelerators such as zinc dithiocarbamate. The product is used in neoprene latex together with the accelerator TMTM and TMTD, which has high strength and good aging resistance. This product is also suitable for thin section products vulcanized in hot water solution. This product can activate thiazole accelerators. The vulcanized rubber produced by this product is not polluted, does not change color, non-toxic, but has a slight odor. It is suitable for the manufacture of general latex products, thin-wall impregnated products, medical products, balloons, adhesive cloth and self-vulcanizing glue. In the rubber emulsion material, the general dosage is 0.5~2 parts, and is matched with 2~1 parts of sulfur.
