Application and advantages
Because it is miscible with water, rubber accelerator SDBC is mainly used in latex products. For natural latex and styrene-butadiene latex, this product is suitable for various vulcanization methods used in the latex industry.
Accelerator SDBC can be used together with water-insoluble accelerators (such as zinc dithiocarbamate) to increase the vulcanization speed of latex materials. Used together with accelerator TMTM and accelerator TMTD in chloroprene latex, the resulting product has high strength and good aging resistance.
The vulcanized rubber produced with Accelerator TP does not pollute, does not discolor, is non-toxic, but has a slight odor. This product is suitable for manufacturing general latex products, thin-walled impregnated products, medical products, balloons, tapes and self-vulcanizing glue. The general dosage in latex rubber materials is 0.5~2 parts, combined with 2~1 parts of sulfur.
