Application and advantages
Rubber vulcanizer PDM can be used as both a vulcanizing agent and a vulcanizing agent in peroxide systems during rubber processing. It can also be used as an anti-scorch agent and a tackifier.
In natural rubber, PDM(HVA-2) combined with sulfur can prevent vulcanization from returning to its original state, improve heat resistance, reduce heat generation, resist aging, and improve the adhesion between rubber and cord and the modulus of vulcanized rubber.
Vulcanizer PDM can also be used as an auxiliary vulcanizing agent to improve cross-linking performance and heat resistance.
