Application and advantages
Zinc acrylate (ZDA) is a rubber vulcanizer and heat-resistant additive. It is a cross-linking agent, hardener and tackifier for golf cores, tapes, rubber rollers and other products.
Rubber vulcanizer ZDA has acid, alkali, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance. When combined with the rubber body, it can obtain salt cross-linking bonds, increase the strength of the vulcanized rubber, and improve the high and low-temperature properties.
In addition, this rubber vulcanizer can also improve elasticity, increase tear resistance, reduce white carbon black, and enhance the compression and permanent deformation of the rubber.
This product is suitable for nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, EPDM rubber and other rubber types.
