Application and advantages
2,2'-Thiobis (6-tert-butyl-p-cresol) is used in polyethylene, polypropylene, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber and natural rubber. This product is non-polluting, and the product will not change color when exposed to sunlight. However, when used in butyl rubber, when the dosage is increased, the color will slightly darken during exposure.
Antioxidant LK-1081 (IRGANOX 1081) is used to manufacture tire white sidewalls, other light-colored products and latex products. The general dosage is 1.5~2.0 parts.
The heat aging resistance in dry glue is superior to antioxidant 2246. In latex, the anti-aging properties of this product are similar to antioxidant 2246. As the amount of nitrile rubber increases, the anti-aging effect increases, but the amount of oil extracted also increases.
