Application and advantages
Rubber antioxidant A, that is, N-Phenyl-1-naphthylamine, has a low melting point, is easily dispersed in rubber, does not bloom, has a good anti-fatigue effect, and has no effect on vulcanization.
Since Neozone A has the characteristics of pollution, migration and darkening in sunlight, it is not suitable for white and light-colored products. It is widely used in the manufacture of black industry rubber products, like tires, pipes, tapes, rubber, rubber shoes, bottom cable insulation, etc. This product has ozone aging resistance in chloroprene rubber.
This product is easy to disperse during the rubber mixing process, and its solubility in the rubber compound is greater than that of antioxidant D. The general dosage is 1 to 2 parts, and there is no worry of blooming if it reaches 3 to 4 parts. According to the product use requirements, it can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants.
This product can also be used as a thermal oxygen stabilizer for plastic coloring products such as polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and ABS resin. This product is also used as an intermediate for dyes and other organic products.
