Application and advantages
Accelerator DOTG ( Di-o-tolylguanidine) can be used in natural rubber, butyl rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber and neoprene rubber. The critical temperature of vulcanization is 141°C. It is active at the vulcanization temperature, especially when it is higher than the critical temperature, and has good vulcanization flatness.
DOTG(DT) is mainly used in thick-wall products, tread rubber, buffer layer, rubber roller covering rubber, etc.
