Application and advantages
Accelerator ZPDC(ZINC PENTAMETHYLENE DITHIOCARBAMATE)is used as an accelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and latex, and is suitable for nitrile rubber and plastic foaming and styrene-butadiene and ethylene-propylene-diene-diene products.
The vulcanization accelerator ZPDC is suitable for rapid vulcanization. Compared with the accelerators ZDEC and ZDMC, it is safer to use and can extend the service life of rubber products at room temperature. No pollution, vulcanized rubber is odorless, tasteless and stable. Its vulcanization effect is better at 120-150℃.
