1. The exporter is required to provide the shipping company or the international freight forwarder with the detailed information of the goods, including the name, quantity, weight, volume, dangerous goods class, UN number, hazard, emergency measures, etc.
2. The exporter is required to provide the shipping company or the international freight forwarder with the letter of authorization for the transportation of the goods, the dangerous package certificate and English MSDS.
3. The shipping company will review and evaluate the goods according to the information provided by the exporter, and determine whether to accept the consignment of the goods. If the shipping company accepts the commission, it will provide the exporter with the corresponding booking confirmation documents, including ship name, voyage, bill of lading number, freight and other information.
4. The exporter shall deliver the goods to the designated place of loading within the specified time and shall load and secure the goods.
5. In the whole transportation process, the shipping company or the international freight forwarder will provide the corresponding transportation services, including dangerous goods declaration, loading and unloading operations, Marine insurance, etc.
