usage: This product is a general accelerator for natural, synthetic, and reclaimed rubber. The properties and uses are basically similar to accelerator M, but the vulcanization temperature is higher, has significant aftereffects, will not vulcanize early, and is safe to operate. The vulcanization speed of this product is slow when used alone. It is usually used in combination with thiuram, dithiocarbamates, aldehydesamines, and guanidine accelerators. When this product is added to neoprene, it has a plasticizing effect. It can be used as an anti-scorch agent for chloroprene, especially G-type chloroprene. The vulcanized rubber using this product has excellent aging resistance, but due to its bitter taste, it is not suitable for rubber products in contact with food. It can be used to manufacture tires, hoses, tapes, rubber shoes, and general industrial products.
Safety: This product is toxic and irritating in contact with the skin. The minimum lethal dose (transdermal) for house mice is 50 mg/kg. During the production process, attention should be paid to protection to prevent dust from polluting the environment. Strengthen personal protection and wear protective equipment. Pay attention to moisture-proofing during storage and transportation of this product, and keep it away from high heat sources. The storage stability of granular or powdery products is more than two years. Store and transport according to regulations for toxic substances.
