Usage:
1. Accelerator NS is used as a post-effect accelerator for reclaimed rubber of butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and natural rubber. It has the advantages of excellent scorch resistance and short vulcanization time. There is no danger of scorch at the operating temperature, but it has a strong promotion effect at the vulcanization temperature, especially in natural rubber, which has greater aftereffects.
2. This product needs to be supplemented with zinc oxide and stearic acid, and can also be activated by thiuram, aldehydeamines, dithiocarbamates, guanidine accelerators, and acidic substances.
3. This product has slight pollution and almost no discoloration. Therefore, it can be used to make light-colored or bright-colored rubber crystals, mainly used to make tires, hoses, tapes, rubber shoes, cables, and general industrial products.
Acute toxicity: Oral - rat LDL0 is 7940 mg/kg; intraperitoneal - mouse LD50 is 5000 mg/kg;
Flammability hazard characteristics: Thermal decomposition emits toxic nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxide smoke;
Storage and transportation characteristics: The warehouse is ventilated, low-temperature, and dry; stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be kept out of direct sunlight.
