The critical temperature of vulcanization is high (138℃), it is not easy to produce early vulcanization, and the vulcanization flatness is wide. Slightly delayed vulcanization in neoprene rubber. Thiuram, dithiocarbamates, guanidine, recycled rubber with alkaline and general alkaline substances have an activation effect on it, and need to be combined with zinc oxide and stearic acid. The vulcanized rubber prepared with this product has excellent aging properties and can also improve the bonding strength between the rubber and the metal. This product is easily dispersed in water, and is not polluted or discolored in the rubber material. It is suitable for the manufacture of latex products, latex sponges, cables, rubber shoes, medical and sanitary products, etc. The general dosage is 0.5~1.5 parts, sulfur 2.0~3.0 parts.
