Usage: This product is a general accelerator for natural, synthetic, and latex rubber. It is especially suitable for butyl rubber and nitrile rubber, but also ideal for EPDM. The vulcanization temperature is about 100℃, the activity is similar to the accelerator TMTD, but the activity is stronger at low temperature, the coke tendency is large, and it is easy to cause early vulcanization when mixing. This product activates thiazole and secondary sulfonamide accelerators and can be used as the second accelerator. When used with the accelerator DM, the scorch resistance increases with the increase of the amount of DM. This product has a slower vulcanization rate when used alone in latex and is usually combined with other accelerators. This product is easy to disperse in rubber and is suitable for light and bright color products. It is mainly used for latex products, and can also be used for self-vulcanized glue, adhesive cloth, and cold vulcanized products. In the United States, PZ has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in rubber products for food. The general dosage in the rubber emulsion material is 0.3 to 1.5 parts.
