Usage: This product is a commonly used after-effect rubber accelerator, with excellent scorch resistance and short vulcanization time, that is, no scorch risk at operating temperature and strong promotion at vulcanization temperature (above 138℃). The compound should be mixed with zinc oxide and stearic acid. It is often combined with the accelerator TMTD (tetramethylthiuram disulfide), D (diphenylguanidine) or other alkaline accelerators as a second accelerator, especially suitable for synthetic rubber, which can improve the fixed elongation strength and tensile strength of vulcanized rubber. This product is especially suitable for natural and synthetic rubber materials with high alkaline content of oil furnace method to strengthen carbon black. Light discoloration, no spray frost, vulcanization, good adhesive aging resistance. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, rubber hose, tape, cable and general industrial products.
